How long does our bread keep?

Sourdough loaves (Country French, Miche, Chleba, Costa Rye, etc.) should be considered fresh for about 5 days after baking, then toast them.

Some of our customers have said they last for up to two weeks if properly bagged.

Seeded and fruit breads should hold up well for at least 5 days, then toast them, make French toast, or croutons.

Straight-yeasted breads like Parisian Baguettes are only ‘fresh’ for a day or so, then best toasted.

Who has to worry about how long these breads last? They are gone in a flash before they have chance to get old!
